Hand Made Card Drive
As most of you are aware I'm on the tail end of my fight against breast cancer (and by the way I'm winning). Over the past year I have received an enormous amount of support from my family, friends, co-workers and customers, so needless to say I found myself in need of a large number of thank you cards.
Although my battle is almost over, there are many more just like me that are just beginning to fight the good fight. While digging through an assortment of handmade cards I've made, looking for a get well card for a young friend of mine who just had a double mastectomy last week, I thought it would be a great opportunity for our crafty customers to come together to show our support for these ladies that are in the fight of their lives. So I'm asking for all of our scrapbookers and card makers to donate any unused handmade cards that these ladies may be able to use during this difficult time. Remember that although time may be standing still for them, life still goes on around them so they can still use thank you, birthday, sympathy, and get well cards, etc...
We'll be collecting your donated cards at the store from April 21st thru National Scrapbook Day May 5th. Let's show these girls how caring and giving the crafting community is.

Big Changes Coming - Middle of the Month
In an effort to rotate our stock more frequently we have decided to reduce the size of the store. With less of an area to stock we will be able to bring you new product in a more timely manner. We are going to start moving away from the themed concept and start gravitating more toward entire lines, i.e. Echo Park, Cosmo Cricket, Simple Stories, etc...We are staying in the same location but will be adding an Antique, Collectible, & other Memorabilia section to the store. These changes will take place the week of May 14th. Starting May 18th the store will only be open on Fridays & Saturdays 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Sundays noon- 6 p.m. We are making every effort to continue to serve you but we must have your support to do so. Please come shop with us in May and let us know that your passion for scrapbooking & card making are still alive. We look forward to seeing you soon!
